A meeting may be called by any elector in the community. If you are registered to vote in the Parish and feel a Parish Meeting is needed you could contact the elected Chair of the Parish Meeting directly.
Alternatively, at least a week ahead, place a notice with six residents’ names, addresses and signatures on the Parish Notice boards explaining where and when the meeting will be held and what the meeting is to discuss. As a courtesy also send a copy of the notice to the Chair.
